You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the UK — no minimum purchase required.
4. Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Absolutely. We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5. How can I request a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
6. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Credit Cards and PayPal for all online purchases. All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted.
7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at juaneadi@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
